Export Preview

  1. File size
    The size of the file(s). When more than one file has been generated, this will show the combined size of all the files together.
  2. File selection
    This bar is only available when more than one file has been generated during the export (e.g. CSV Multiple Files). Tapping on a file switches the preview window to that file.
  3. Preview window
    The preview window shows a simple preview of the exported data. 
  4. Print
    Print the document using AirPrint. Note that AirPrint is only available for PDF documents.
  5. Mail
    Mail the file(s) using the device's mail client.
  6. Open in...
    Send the file(s) to a different program or to a device over AirDrop.
